VOLUMETRIC DISPLAY SCULPTURE

75 YEARS

The collaboration between Bvlgari, Gabriel Massan, and Verum Tempus transformed the gala into a memorable multisensory journey. The luminous serpent sculpture stood as a symbol of innovation and timeless luxury, reflecting the enduring legacy of the Serpenti collection while providing an immersive experience that resonated deeply with Bvlgari’s distinguished guests.

"A Seamless Fusion of Art, Technology, and Bvlgari’s Legacy"

The Timeless Elegance of the Serpenti in Light and Motion

The installation featured a 16-module Volumetric Screen sculpture, suspended in the center of the room. Its radial, stepped configuration emulated the sinuous form of a serpent, the enduring symbol of the Serpenti line. Verum Tempus designed a bespoke rigging structure from aluminum trusses, complemented by custom steel cable suspensions, shackles, and clamps. The sculpture became the centerpiece of the event, mesmerizing attendees with dynamic generative visuals created in collaboration with artist Gabriel Massan and directed remotely by 3D designer Priscila Galante from Rio de Janeiro.

The real-time control system, developed in TouchDesigner, integrated the brand’s graphic identity into a series of generative animations, immersing guests in the artistic and historical essence of the Serpenti collection. The luminous sculpture complemented live music performances and a curated suite of installations, including video projections on the venue’s elegant curtains, sculptures by Bvlgari, and a generative piano performance by a local artist.
